What is your return policy?
Our return policy is very simple, if the color we send is not what you like, we will exchange it for the same amount, same item, same price. We will ask to have you ship back the items to us and will refund per your specification.
Why are my colors different?​
Please note all worms are custom made, some are hand poured, trimmed, and due to pigment colors we can’t always keep the same shades but we try hard. Some of the worms may be thicker and or thinner. Keep in mind live worms are not all the same either- this should make the fish want them more! Some worms may look as though they have feet or legs like a Catalpa/Catawba Worm (cuh-tah-buh).
